Preventative Maintenance Program

Our state licensed technicians repair, calibrate and certify scales. Scales Unlimited customized CPMP program takes the guessing out of scale repair and calibration. Here is how it works.

The program is designed and tailored for specific equipment use and condition. There is a free diagnostic evaluation and recommendation (the fee for the first service/diagnostic call is waived upon enrollment in the CPMP) This is a special value package where there is periodic scheduled on-site service. Emergency repairs have a guaranteed on-site response within 24 hours for CPMP.

The plan covers equipment overhaul, refurbishing and upgrading, closed containment certification and is done to ISO 9000+ work specifications. We are proud to have this unique plan offered to all of our customers.

Field

Testing

The true test of a scale company is service work in the field because even if you own the scale and it is in place, it must be accurate. Remember that your scale is the cash register of your business! Many times this requires service calls in the field. Scales Unlimited is proud of its track record at your place of business. We cover a lot of geography for field service. Please take a look at our map in the “About Us” section. We offer service from Fresno California West to Santa Maria and from The Oregon border east to Reno, Ely and Elko Nevada. There are Scales Unlimited offices in Reno Nevada, Red Bluff California and Santa Rosa. Of course our main headquarters is in Pleasanton near the intersections of Interstate 680 and 580. We are capable of field testing scales from baby scales to railroad scales.
